Customer Request
Smart events collaborated with Icona STC for the scouting of the location for the Fuorisalone 2021. The customer was able to organize a path between the various thematic areas, exploring unique products with a futuristic design. The protagonist, also on social networks, was the Microlino, the future of electric mobility in the city.
Smart Eventi proposal
Icona Design Group, an Italian company with revolutionary projects for the automotive, smart cities, smart mobility, sanitation, product and industrial design sectors, made its debut at the Milan Design Week Fuorisalone. Smart Eventi organized an event offering the public an exhibition itinerary in the heart of the Tortona district. The large Italian and international public of the event was able to admire a selection of the most innovative creations in the automotive, industrial and product design fields that characterized the growth path of Icona STC's first 10 years of activity. The location in the Via Tortona district. A path that winds through three thematic areas awaits the visitor.
Results
The event took place in a very pleasant way, in a dynamic and very welcoming place. The goal of presenting the most innovative creations in a pleasant and convivial atmosphere has been fully achieved thanks to meticulous planning. Smart Eventi succeeded in proposing an organization that could involve the large number of people and find a location that perfectly suited the needs of the customer and the circumstances of the Salone del Mobile. We also provided hostess services for the entire period and assisted the client in the general organization of the event (permits, communication, consultancy).
