Team Building Drum Circle for our customer Reckitt Benckiser
We organised a team building Drum Circle for Reckitt Benckiser, multinational leader in the cleaning products field.
This kind of team building is based on the principles of listening and harmony and it creates strong bonds inside the group.
In fact the participants are lead to listen to each other and in this way there's the creation of a great symphony to the music and fun.
At the beginning of the activity the participants presented themselves in an unusual way, that is just using their body language and then, with the drums in their hands, they learnt to play as a real orchestra, thanks to the help of a facilitator.
To conclude the day we organised a Contest Competition during which each team, after composing their musical piece including lyrics and arrangement, exhibited on the stage.
For this activity we selected a location with a small stage with a curtain.
