BTS Italy Srl company contacted Smart Eventi to organise a workshop on an actual topic.
Smart Eventi proposal
We organised "Innovation & Digital Transformation" workshop for our client BTS Italy Srl.
It is a company which has the objective of creating engaging experiences which had a deep and long-lasting impact on people and their working path, inspiring new mindset, developing key competences and adding value to the companies' successful factors.
We proposed a suggestive location to realise the event, which is situated on the 13th floor of an elegant rooftop in Isola district.
It is a space which combines functionality, innovation and elegance offering a wide meeting room and an extended terrace.
The workshop had 35 participants, who have been divided into working groups of 6/8 people inside the room. Each working group used Ipad and Canvas.
During the day the guests were guided in the path by international speakers and mentors.
The participants have been greeted with a welcome coffee at 13:30 and at the end of the day, around 18:30, a refined aperitif has been served to conclude the experience in the best way.
Results
The location had a great success among the participants and the topic of the workshop has been very interesting for everyone.
