Sixt Rent Car relied on us to organise a surprise for a colleague who had to leave the agency. Everything was organised just in one day because we received their request at the last moment.
Our customer found and proposed the location himself, instead we invented the Team Building Paint Company activity. We chose the theme together, whereas our agency handled the idea and the creativity.
On the day of the event the team building developed in an excellent way, the guests had fun and it was an amazing surprise for all the participants, who were really satisfied.
In fact developing this activity they gathered their artistic qualities together to realise an amazing painting to say goodbye to their colleague.
The target of spending a pleasant day and of doing a group activity which strengthen the inner cooperation was achieved.
