Incentive for our customer Omnisint


Smart Eventi organised a two-day incentive for Omnisint, official dealer of  Samsung Electronics in Italy, starting from the brand's need of presenting a new product line to 40 commercial agents of its companies customer in the large retail sector.

The location hasn't been randomly chosen: we chose Tuscany not only for its amazing landscape but also for the fact that it is easily reachable from any part of Italy, allowing a great flow to the event.

We therefore selected an hotel situated inside a recently renewed villa in liberty style, in San Gimignano. The structure has a big and well-equipped meeting room, spa and modern rooms.

The event lasted for two days: during the first day, after arriving at the hotel, we organised a buffet lunch in a dedicated area of the restaurant inside the building. In the afternoon there was a meeting which lasted for three hours and half and they presented the products. Instead for the night we organised a guided wine tour ending with an aperitif at an historical wine cellar known for its wine-production, followed by an excellent wine-tasting dinner with 3 different kind of wines to conclude the visit in the best way.

We organised a transfer service with a private bus for Omnisint staff and all its clients.

Another request from our customer was to organise and activity which allowed to create a moment of recreation and socialisation among the participants.

For the second day we therefore started the day getting back to work in the meeting room with a products' Demo and then an archery activity ending with a competition among the brand's customers.

After a buffet lunch, to relax after these engaging activities, we concluded the works and greet each other after this amazing experience.
