Heineken Italia asked us to find a suitable location to host the biannual meeting for the HR department.
Once we find the space, our added-value was to create a team building activity in line with their briefing.
We chose a luxury hotel situated in a central area of Milan, very elegant and refined, because we thought it was perfect to manage the meeting room.
Concerning the team building activity we organised a really peculiar outdoor team me up organising a "principles' hunt" for them, that meant creating 10 trials which exalted the 10 company's principles of Heineken Italia.
We therefore divided the group into subgroups giving them Ipads, which were their main tool to reach the positions where some missions were activated, each of them matched with a principle.
Among the trials that they had to challenge, the puzzles' constructions in the dark room at the blinds' Institute of Milan, guided by blind people, has been the most moving trial with no doubt because it allowed them to try a completely new and unknown experience.
