Smart Eventi has partnered with MCA in organising a very elegant dinner for the field sales force of Sky Digital.
We found the Spazio Theca to be the ideal location for this event and we set it up according to our client's needs. Spazio Theca is a very welcoming venue, whose technical features allow for particularly sophisticated lighting design and unique atmospheres.
After a welcome cocktail, dinner was served, prepared by a catering service sourced by Smart Eventi. After dinner, entertainment was provided by a talented magician.
For the final part of the evening, we had a special treat in store: a mouth-watering rum tasting, accompanied with exquisite chocolate and orange delicacies with sugar and cocoa.
On this occasion Smart Eventi did not simply overtake a series of project management tasks: in fact it stepped into a complex organisation process in a harmonic, non-distuptive way, offering its valuable contribution in terms of location-scouting and catering and entertainment booking.
